The Quindecim is the independent student newspaper of Goucher College. Meaning “fifteen” in Latin, quindecim refers to the twice-monthly newspaper distribution cycle we have used. With campus life taking place almost exclusively online this semester, we will not be printing The Q.

Instead, we hope to educate and entertain our main student audience with our wit and honesty as we find our new normal. As a campus club, we receive funding through Club Council and have a small staff of student editors who create our own content while also working with peers who submit their work to us for revision and then publication.

Any Goucher student can create for The Q! Send us a doodle you made in class, a photoseries of a movement you’re involved in, or anything else that represents your lived experiences. You can DM us on Twitter or Instagram, message an author whose you recognize, email us, or fill out this quick form.

We are always looking for more staff members! If you want to come to our weekly meetings, message one of us or email
